Matthew is the company's Account Manager / General Manager for our Seattle location. Since 2002 Matthew has been involved in the consumer electronics market, successfully leading team members, providing installation service and customer support. With decades of certifications, he always has a thirst for knowledge. As a self proclaimed nerd/geek, he has a desire to learn new techniques and technologies to build greater client relations. In his free time he can be found watching sporting events, designing parts on his 3-D printer, or listening to music throughout the house. Matthew and his wife have two sons.

For nearly 15 years Adam has been in the customer service and technology industry installing the most sophisticated home entertainment and comfort systems. Bringing exhilaration, convenience, and peace of mind to thousands of customers' lives. He has a strong desire to improve the 'at home experience' and seeing the smile on the customer's face when the final result goes beyond what they had envisioned. He enjoys the familiar aspect of the customer interaction while on the job and often further educates them on their investment. His knowledge as an electrical administrator, experience in computer programming, the nights and weekends of home building, and even modifying and maintaining vehicles aids in his ability to find solutions and get the job done right. When he's not at work or working on some project he's teaching, playing, and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest with his loving wife and two adorable children.

K'hari Lancelin is an installer at Garrett Integrated Systems. As a new installer I am currently working on completing my training to gain knowledge and learn technical skills in integrating systems. Through my training thus far I have become familiar with how to run wires through ceiling, crawl spaces and putting racks together, I am intrigued with learning more about how speakers and Savant systems work. As a new installer, I’m dedicated to providing excellent customer service as well as high quality service. My goal with this company is to learn from my experienced colleagues to grow in this field of work. Outside of work I enjoy listening to music, gaming, and spending quality time with family. I’m excited to start this journey at Garrett Integrated Systems and contribute to our team’s success.
